The challenge with life is that it can be like a tug of war. The Fixed Mindset is pulling you back to the safety of the Comfort Zone and saying; “don’t try, don’t change, just stay as you are, it’s not worth the effort.” The Growth Mindset is pulling you toward the Learning Zone saying; “try, learn, grow, change, it’s worth every bit of the effort.” One of life’s greatest gifts and greatest challenges is that it’s up to you, and only you, to decide which mindset wins that tug of war.
