Whether it’s reading a human interest article, watching an inspirational movie or reading a biography, I’m always intrigued by the way the Growth Mindset concept was involved in the story. It’s not only helpful to be able to recognize when another person uses their Growth Mindset, but also what parts of the Growth Mindset concept they applied. In addition, for me, it’s also inspiring and encouraging when I read or see individuals confronting their Fixed Mindset and maximizing their Growth Mindset to embrace challenges and overcome obstacles and setbacks. Each month, I will post an article that demonstrates a Growth Mindset.
